A Division of the Vice Provost and University Life on the behalf of the University of Pennsylvania requested us to review the Perelman Quadrangle and VPUL Performing Arts Faculties business plan and propose recommendations on user experience, system design, and communication. We documented supplemental features, management options, basis of design, and developed multiple projects within the plan’s intended life cycle (approx. 2 years). The VPUL couldn’t be more pleased with the results of this effort now that the site is up and running as planned.
