We recently launched a new website for Habitat of Humanity of Wake County. The redesign of their site allowed Habitat to raise more money online in December 2009 alone than all of 2008 combined!
A combination of issues brought Habitat Wake to Atlantic BT for a site redesign. The outdated site was cumbersome and pages frequently became buried under the inconsistent navigation.
To ensure visitors find information quickly, we reorganized and simplified the site’s main navigation. We also included quick link icons on every page to reinforce easy access to the most frequently viewed pages. Our proprietary ContentOne™ management system allows easy access to update volunteer opportunities, special events and ReStore offerings on a daily basis.
Atlantic BT designed a photo-centric website to allow Delia’s powerful photographs to dominate the design. Aesthetically, the site mimics the restaurant’s interior design and warm ambiance.
Kinetic Systems had a unique challenge, highlight the reach of their global markets and project experiences while presenting a simple and visually enticing face to their consumers. We provided a robust Content Management System able to simplify the task of managing the full range of their content with the ability to expand as their business and needs grow.
By paying particular attention to the way Nowell’s presents their clothing in their store, we created a site that showcases the custom elegance that Nowell’s provides. We also provided Nowell’s with an E-Commerce solution that gives them the ability to manage all of their products and even sell products that are not available in the store.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts brought this very exciting and challenging problem to the table. How could they promote their resort properties in a unique, interactive, dynamically powered, sortable, fast, and branded format. Hmmm? Bingo! Starwoodresorts.com

A complete labour of love. We poured our hearts and souls into developing a complete, immersive, online experience for the newly renovated Le Meridien Etoile. The site received multiple awards and was featured in .Net Magazine. The buzz resulted in a surge of traffic and increased bookings for the hotel. check out the awarded version here // agencydominion.com/lemeridien
‘The interactivity of both designs propels readers… and effectively makes the case for direct participation and financial support.’
- Mindy Lubber, President Ceres
Working with our good friends at Addison, we helped develop the interactive portion of the Ceres 20/20 campaign. The bold design is complimented by our interactive programming and development to really bring the wealth of information to life. For the 2009 Holiday Season we created the ‘Save A Polar Bear’ campaign.
We mailed out custom holiday cards each with a unique ‘polar pin’, recipients were encouraged to visit savethebears.agencydominion.com to redeem their gift (World Wildlife Fund symbolic Polar Bear sponsorship). There are well over 100 polar bears that can be sponsored, each time a pin is redeemed a new bear is placed on the landscape so check back often to see the landscape fill with beautiful polar bears.
About the Landscape.
The Artic Landscape was hand built by the Agency Dominion team on top of our boardroom table. It took over the office for a good week but it was a heck of a lot of fun and it’s all for charity! The landscape itself was created using a collection of office supplies, including paper, card stock, paper clips, paper weights and a series of printed miniature polar bears. It took us a while but the effect is awesome and it’s 100% handmade! check it out here // savethebears.agencydominion.com
The Ontario Hockey League’s Ottawa 67’s Hockey Club were looking for a way to become more engaged with their fan base online. They had a Facebook Group, A Twitter account, posted videos to Youtube and also had a Flickr account. The issue was that all this content was fragmented across multiple sites which made it difficult to manage but more importantly difficult for fans to follow. They needed an easier, better and all-in-one solution. Agency Dominion developed www.ottawa67shub.com a social media site that aggregates YouTube Videos, Flickr Photos, Twitter tweets, Facebook posts and more. Fans can load content to any of these sites using a unique tag (’ottawa67s’) in their uploads and the content automatically appears on the site. Fans can comment on any of the videos, or pictures, and even connect with their Facebook accounts to share the content and or their posts with their friends.
For more information on sites like this we’ve launched www.socialmediahubs.com

moe. is an American jam band, formed at the University at Buffalo in 1990. The band members are: Rob Derhak (bass, Vocals), Al Schnier (guitar, Vocals, keyboard), Chuck Garvey (guitar, Vocals), Vinnie Amico (drums), and Jim Loughlin (percussion).
The band's first record, Fatboy (1992), established the band as a favorite of the 1990s jam band and improvisational rock scene that grew in popularity with bands such as Phish and Widespread Panic. Just as Grateful Dead followers were coined "Dead Heads", avid moe. fans embrace the term "moe.rons." moe. toured with the 1994 Furthur Festival, appeared at Woodstock '99, played Summerstage at the Rumsey Playfield in Central Park, opened for The Allman Brothers and The Who, performed at Radio City Music Hall on New Year's Eve 2007 and returned there for New Year's Eve 2009.
